How to repair Computer Monitor appear horizontal line image in the middle

Repairing The computer monitor CRT that picture appear just a like horizontal line in the middle. The Monitor i have repaired here is 15" made in China.
Repair step :
1. Wait for about 15 minutes before open the case
2. Open the case
3. Plug the solder to electrical power source
4. Along wait heating the solder you can cleaning the main board of Monitor with the brush
5. Check all electronics component feet soldered. Check for rift.
6. Re-solder The electronics component feet soldered if you find the rift there.

For this experience i just re-soldering the feet of vertical IC that controlling vertical image of monitor because i find the rift there. And everything normal after i solder.
