Repairing PC dead after electric source dead

Just now, i have repaired the PC computer that dead after electric source shut off. The trouble is the PC can not boot.
Release this trouble with the following steps
1. Unplug CMOS battery
2. Release RAM ( memory )
3. Wait for about 5 minutes
4. Plug electric source and try to turn ON the PC
5. PC will work normally
Don't forget to plug again CMOS battery and set the time via BIOS.
