Fun Antenna increasing modem signal

This is funny, but wonderful idea for increasing signal quality of modem to connecting internet network.
This is my friend experience.
His location at the village, far from the city and the modem signal is very bad. So he try to apply a modem antenna with pan material. This is easy to create, you just take the pan, and place the stick antenna ( can use former radio or other ) in the middle, a like radar antenna. And, place the modem near of based of stick antenna, faced the pan and stick antenna to the top or you can adjust the signal. Now you have radar antenna, but made from the pan.. :)
