Computer Beep and No load

Beep on Computer is the error code. If you learn the beep sound every second, more than 3 times you must do this job : ( of course, you have experience about inside of computer )
1. Open your computer case
2. Looking for memory ( RAM )
3. Discharge / open memory
4. clean memory slot
5. clean memory pin with pencil eraser
6. try to turn ON again your Computer
7. if not success yet, do it to VGA PCI
