Satellite Dynabook No boot

Laptop Toshiba Satellite Dynabook with this trouble :

1. Fan not function
2. CDroom can not used
3. Hard disk not detect
4. But power Led is ON when laptop turned on
5. No boot

So, this indicate that Short circuit on Processor, and you must replace it..
This step 90 % Succes...
